Gerard Brown, CBE
Gerard is the firm's senior partner,
as well as the partner in charge of the Glasgow City Criminal department.
With over 20 years' experience, he holds extended rights of audience in the
High Court (making him a solicitor advocate). He is also a member of
the Council of the Law Society of Scotland, and a Past President of the
Glasgow Bar Association. Gerard was made a Commander of the Order of
the British Empire (CBE) in the 2004 New Year's Honours List. |

Paul Hannah
Paul is the partner in charge of the
firm's Springburn office. He also performs a number of key management
functions within the firm. His main interests are in criminal law and
civil litigation. He is frequently appointed by the courts to
represent the interests of children in cases which affect them. |

Stuart Munro
Stuart runs the firm's Shettleston office,
as well as having overall charge of the Easterhouse branch, where he was
formerly based.
His main interests are in criminal and civil litigation. He is the
partner in charge of the firm's IT strategy. He sits on the Law Society of
Scotland's Technology Committee and the Court Technology Forum. He has
also worked with the Scottish
Legal Aid Board on their development of e-business systems. His other
interest is the field of Child Protection - he is involved in the training
of police officers in this area, and is President of the Association of
Children's Hearings Practitioners. |

David McGlashan
Law Awards of Scotland 2005 - Solicitor of the Year
David is the partner in charge of
the Glasgow City Asylum & Immigration department. He is a leading
practitioner in the developing area of asylum law. In recognition of
his skill, professionalism and compassion he was named
Solicitor of the Year at the Law Awards of Scotland 2005. The award
was presented to him by Donald Findlay QC. David also deals with
immigration cases, for both private individuals and companies. Before joining the firm, David ran one of
the country's largest Citizens' Advice Bureaux, and was also active in local
politics. |

Julia Donnelly
Julia runs the firm's Glasgow City Civil
department, and has overall charge of the Riverford / Shawlands branch,
where she was formerly based. She deals mainly with family law and civil
litigation. An accredited-lawyer mediator, Julia is also regularly
appointed by the courts to represent the interests of children in cases
affecting them. She is currently handling a number of high profile
cases in both the Court of Session (Scotland's supreme civil court) and the
sheriff courts. |

Julie
Millen
Julie is the partner who runs the firm's
Scotstoun office. Her main interests are family law and civil
litigation. She is also in charge of the firm's new Conveyancing
Department, which provides conveyancing services to clients around Scotland.
She was instrumental in developing the firm's IT systems which allow
conveyancing services to be delivered from all of the firm's offices. |
