Livingstone Brown has two offices around the Glasgow area.  The head office is located in Glasgow City Centre, just along from the city's sheriff court.  Although all our offices are in Glasgow, we can, and frequently do, represent clients in other courts around Scotland.  In many cases there is no need for face-to-face meetings between clients and solicitors - discussions can take place over the phone, or by e-mail.

Legal Aid Cases

If you will require to apply for any form of legal aid cover, please note that we will require proof of your income (in the form of a wage slip, P60, benefits award letter or other similar document covering the period when an application is to be made) along with proof of your capital (a recent bank statement for all accounts held, together with valuations of any other capital or assets you hold).  Without this material we won't be able to carry out work on your behalf.  If in doubt, bring as much of this documentation as you can to your first meeting with a solicitor.  We can then take copies of anything we require, and let you know what else is needed.
