Livingstone Brown are one of the country’s largest legal aid providers and as such, we are best placed to assess your eligibility for Scottish Legal Aid and Assistance.

For those not eligible, we at Livingstone Brown understand the importance to keep careful control on costs and we therefore offer competitive rates for all aspects of your UK Immigration, Asylum and Human rights needs.

With this in mind, we offer an initial consultation meeting with one of our experienced Immigration Solicitors to provide you with detailed immigration advice through face to face consultation in our office, over the phone or through Skype and FaceTime calls.  A full consultation meeting concerning your immigration matter can be arranged for as little as:

  • £90 (VAT included) for up to half an hour (session can last any amount of time not exceeding half an hour); or
  • £180 (VAT included) for up to an hour (session can last any amount of time not exceeding an hour); or
  • £300 (VAT included) for a consultation session outside our office hours (session can last any amount of time not exceeding an hour and half).

You can contact our office to book one of these consultation sessions, depending on the complexity of your query.  Please remember that the above services are advisory services only and in the event we are instructed to carry out further work we will advise on the cost of applications.
