If you do not wish the Defender to know your whereabouts, we can ensure you are designed in any court papers as care of your solicitors.  This would protect confidentiality and stop a situation whereby your address becomes known to the opponent purely because of the raising of a protective action. 

What orders you will seek will depend on such factors as whether you are married, in a civil partnership or a cohabiting couple at the time when the orders are sought.  If you do not fall into any of those categories, there is still protection you can seek in terms of the Protection from Abuse (Scotland) Act 2001, and the Protection from Harassment Act 1997, and various common law remedies.
