Our client was injured tripping over the remnants of a bollard which was removed by Glasgow City Council.  Following the accident, our client contacted our office looking for advice and after our instruction to pursue a claim for damages, a claim was intimated to Glasgow City Council.  Liability was admitted by Glasgow City Council due to their failure to ensure that the road is properly maintained.  Following their admission of liability, this resulted in a four figure settlement for our client.
