We represented our client, AM, in connection with employment tribunal proceedings. Having succeeded in relation to a breach of contact claim but not her unfair dismissal claim, an appeal was brought to the Employment Appeal Tribunal on behalf of our client. Our Mr. Allison was successful in arguing the appeal before the Employment Appeal Judge b showing that the Employment Judge who made the first decision had made a material error. We thereafter represented our client in a further hearing before the Employment Tribunal at which time her claim was successful, with compensation of approximately £13,000 being paid to our client.
