Katherine is a Solicitor within the Personal Injury team at Livingstone Brown.

Katherine is a graduate of Dundee University, and completed her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2019 at the University of Glasgow. Katherine trained at a large firm, focusing on personal injury litigation work and qualified as a solicitor in 2021. Katherine then went on to join a National sized firm as a qualified solicitor before joining Livingstone Brown in September 2023.

Katherine has experience in personal injury matters, both pursuing and defending, ranging from employer’s liability, public liability and road traffic accidents. Katherine has experience in cases which involve catastrophic injury, and often involve psychological injuries.

Out of the office, Katherine is a keen horse rider and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.

Katherine strives to provide legal advice that gives clarity to the client and promotes an approach that allows the client to understand legal procedure and the likely outcomes to enable active participation.
