Sofia Ahmed is a Solicitor in the Family and Private Client team at Livingstone Brown Solicitors . She advises individuals and families on a broad range of matters, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, succession planning, executry administration, and inheritance tax.

Sofia adopts a client focused and detail oriented approach, providing clear, practical, and sensitive advice tailored to each client’s personal and financial circumstances. She is committed to building long-term relationships and guiding clients through key life decisions with care and professionalism.

She holds an undergraduate law degree from the University of Stirling and completed her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh. She is committed to continuous professional development and to enhance her legal knowledge and expertise and is a member of STEP (the society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) specialising in inheritance tax and succession planning.

Sofia is a fluent speaker of both Urdu and Punjabi language, allowing her to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients.

Outside of work, Sofia is a mum of two, she enjoys travelling, exploring different cultures and spending quality time with her family.
