Tim is a trainee solicitor within the Specialist Litigation Department having joined the firm in March 2025. 

Tim graduated from the University of Dundee in 2022 with a First-Class Honours Bachelor of Laws (LLB). Following his undergraduate studies, Tim subsequently completed a MSc in Human Rights & International Politics at the University of Glasgow, in addition to the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice. While completing his undergraduate study, Tim was the recipient of a Carnegie Vacation Scholarship, commissioned to conduct academic research into the fragmented routes to redress across Scottish environmental law. This research led to several influential publications in this area of legal practice, highlighting the necessity for legal reform. 

Additionally, Tim also spent time during undergraduate study as WS Society Summer Scholar at the Signet Library in Edinburgh. During his time as a summer scholar, he conducted research into the sporting bans placed upon of Russian athletes in response to the Ukraine-Russia conflict, offering a legal perspective to leading practitioners in the field. 

In his spare time, Tim enjoys playing football, running, hillwalking and socialising with his friends.
